• Maximum 2 adults per campervan
  • Campervan may not leave Bali
  • The rental period is for 24 hours.  Every hour after 24 hours is charged at 100k per hour with a maximum charge of one day’s rental in a 24 hour period.
  • No off road driving
  • Drivers acknowledge that the vehicle is of unusual height and is responsible for any damage cause by driving under an obstruction that is too low to clear.
  • We recommend that customers have personal travel insurance.
  • The renter will receive the campervan in a ready to use condition with full petrol tank and full gas tank.
  • Return the campervan with a full tank of petrol. Anything less than nearly full will be charged at 15k a liter.
  • Always use Pertamax petrol
  • The hirer must return the campervan in the same condition as it was received.
  • The hirer must be responsible for any equipment and devices inside the campervan.
  • There is a 1 million rupiah deductible on all insurance claims.
  • Smoking and/or animals are not permitted in the campervan. If this rule is breached, the hirer will pay the cleaning fee.
  • The hirer takes full responsibility for his/her own property during the rental period. Bali Campers will not responsible for any loss of personal items.
  • The hirer must pay for any fines or charges that occur during rental period for any violations caused by the hirer (Traffic tickets, damage to public facilities, etc).
  • Any equipment defect or mechanical failure during booking period, the hirer should inform us as soon as possible.
